THE PLATFORM DIFFERENCE

Build acquisition.
Not a blog treadmill.

SEO for platforms is different from SEO for a typical website.

The search fundamentals are the same. The execution is different. Marketplaces and data-rich products have thousands of listings, categories, filters, and pages that change as inventory moves.

Growth depends on the system: which pages exist, how they link together, how duplicates are handled, and what Google can crawl and index. A single template decision can affect thousands of pages.

Blog visits alone don’t build a marketplace. We focus on the pages where people compare, choose, and buy: your listings, categories, and inventory. That takes SEO, product, and engineering working together.

Your inventory is the starting point.
We build the search system around it.

02 / HOW WE WORK

A system for growth.
With someone at the wheel.

Grow your footprint on Google’s index, whatever the work actually requires.

01

Diagnose.

A diagnosis of indexation, architecture, performance, and page templates. We map the gap between your inventory and real search demand.

THE OUTPUTA written diagnosis
02

Architect.

Page templates and internal linking that connect inventory to intent. Every page gets a differentiated value layer that earns its place.

03

Build. Learn. Scale.

Controlled batches, with QA gates. We watch indexation before scaling. Pages that don’t earn impressions get fixed or pruned.

Indexed pages, impressions, clicks, conversions. Measured in your own Search Console and analytics, so you can check the work.

03 / THE RIGHT FIT

Built for inventory.
And ambition.

A good fit

  • Marketplaces, directories, listing platforms, and aggregators
  • SaaS with structured data that could become acquisition pages
  • Teams with developers, or budget for execution support

Probably not a fit

  • —Local businesses looking for an SEO package
  • —Anyone buying content by the kilo
  • —Anyone expecting guaranteed #1 rankings or meaningful results in 30 days

04 / THE ENGAGEMENT

One contract.
One owner.

You always know who did what, what it cost, and what it produced.

01

Accountability stays here.

Strategy, architecture, publishing gates, QA, and reporting stay with Rank the Domain, under one person who owns the outcome.

02

Execution fits your team.

Your developers implement where they can. Vetted development, content, and digital-PR partners cover the rest.

03

Everything is in the open.

Partners are named in the proposal and priced transparently. No hidden subcontracting. No mystery bench.

05 / A FEW THINGS UP FRONT

Clear expectations.
Better partnerships.

The things you should hear before you sign, not six months into an engagement.

01

SEO compounds.

Plan for first meaningful movement in 8–12 weeks and real results in 4–6 months. These are expectations, not guarantees.

8–12 weeksFirst movement
4–6 monthsCompounding results
02

No guaranteed rankings.

Nobody controls Google’s index. We control the quality, coverage, and technical soundness of what ships.

03

Sometimes it isn’t SEO.

If search demand isn’t there, we’ll say so and point you toward paid distribution or brand demand first.

04

We prune our own work.

Pages that don’t earn their place get cut. You won’t pay us to defend our own output.

05

Few clients. Real ownership.

Accountability doesn’t scale to 40 accounts. We take on a limited number of engagements at a time.

06 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

You work with me.
Not a handoff.

Seven-plus years across product, growth, and engineering leadership. Head of Tech and Growth at Boatzon, acquired by MarineMax. Business and Product Strategy at Appscrip. Founder at Delta Four Labs.

That experience sits at the intersection this work needs: understanding what people search for, what the product can offer, and what the engineering actually takes.

I own strategy, architecture, QA, and reporting on every engagement. And I write publicly about the work.

07 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
get to work.

How is this different from a normal SEO agency?

Most agencies sell a fixed menu of deliverables. We take ownership of the work needed to grow your search footprint. If the diagnosis says the problem is performance, architecture, or a lack of brand demand, that is what the engagement addresses.

Do you write content?

Yes, when content is the gap. Programmatic pages need a value layer that makes them worth ranking, and that often means editorial work on top of your data. We don’t produce volume filler to hit a monthly quota.

Who actually does the work?

Abhinav owns strategy, architecture, QA, and reporting on every engagement. Your developers execute where they can. Vetted partners cover the rest, named and priced openly in the proposal.

What does it cost?

The strategy call helps us understand your platform and whether there’s a fit. Any audit or implementation work is scoped and priced separately, with fees agreed in writing before work begins.

What if it doesn’t work?

Shipping happens in staged batches with explicit gates. If a batch fails to index or earn impressions, you see it in your own Search Console at the same time we do, and the plan changes. You don’t have to wait six months to find out.

Do you work outside marketplaces?

Sometimes. The filter is whether your business has structured data or inventory that can become useful acquisition pages at scale. We can work through that together on the strategy call.
